Return Policy

At Build Plate Designs, every item is made with care. Please review our policy below before placing your order:

Custom & Personalized Orders

• Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• This includes products with custom names, designs, or special requests.

Non-Customized Items

• Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace the item or provide a refund.
